Too big? Too small? Doesn't match your shoes? We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, so we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible.

We hope you are happy with the products that you have purchased from us. However, if you wish to return any item(s), then you can do so within 30 days of receipt of goods. We will process your refund or generate a credit note within 2 working days of receiving your unwanted item(s). Funds will be returned to the original payment method and notification will be sent by email.

Extended Christmas returns (exchange or credit note only)

Orders placed between 1st November and Christmas Day can be returned for exchange or credit note up until the 15th Jan 2024. However, our standard rules apply and a refund is possible if you return your order within 30 days of purchase. This does not effect your statutory rights.

When you return an item, we require that it’s in the original packaging, not worn, washed, damaged or had the product tags removed. We deem that the product tags are integral to the garment and must be present. We will not accept any item which fails to meet these criteria.
